After more than 15 years working across the licensing ecosystem, from licensor to licensee to agency, I saw first-hand how easily a brand’s potential gets lost when strategy, culture, and commercial execution aren’t speaking the same language.

I launched Ventura to change that.

Over the course of my career, I’ve worked closely with global brands across fashion and streetwear, sport and performance, entertainment, beauty, lifestyle and gaming. I’ve built and executed international licensing strategies, managed major brand portfolios, secured retail partnerships across Europe, the US and Asia, overseen product development and approvals, and negotiated high-value commercial agreements. I’ve supported brands through expansion into new categories, new territories and new audiences, always with a focus on protecting their DNA.
